Old program won't run

Since I upgraded to XP I can not run one of my old program. According to MS
Help. I should be able to right click on the .exe program and under
PROPERTIES/ COMPATIBILITY set the compatibility to an older version of
windows.. The problem is, I do not get the COMPATIBILITY tab.

Why can't I see the COMPATIBILITY tab, am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
