Old OST File Not Opening After System Upgrade Need to Convert to HTML

After upgrading my system and reinstalling Outlook, my old OST file is not connecting with the new profile. It has all my old client communications and attachments that I need to review. I have tried importing it, but Outlook refuses to open the file. I am considering converting it to HTML format to access the mails directly from a browser. Can someone recommend a secure tool for OST to HTML conversion?
