Old NT uninstall files in W2K WINNT

After I installed W2K SP4, it left all my old SP3 hot fixes in windows folder, and they are named
Uninstall $NT etc.
Can I delete these files without messing up my W2K?

You can delete these, however if you delete any that are are not in SP4 you
will lose the uninstall feature.
The way I do it is by deleting the ones on the SP4 bug fix list.
