Old meetings and tasks reminders appearing

One user here has old meetings appearing as reminders.
She clicks to dismiss them but they appear about 10
minutes later.

She has also changed some tasks to new dates, but the old
ones keep popping up in reminders. When she views her
task list they are not listed there.

Does anyone know how to makes these go away? I have
opened up her Outlook using the /CleanFreeBusy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've a user with the same problem on WinXP, OLK2003,
Exchange Cached mode. CleanReminders did not help. I
used OWA to delete that single occurence of the meeting,
but that is not the best work around. Any ideas?
