My first suggestion is to make sure you have all the updates available at
windowsupdate.microsoft.com for Windows 2000. There have been a number of
game fixes incorporated since we shipped Windows 2000, and that may help.
In addition to that, make sure you have the most up-to-date driver software
for your video and audio chipsets. Also make sure you have all of your
games patched if patches are available. And lastly, try running the games
in compatibility mode if none of these other suggestions make a difference.
If you are still having issues after trying these suggestions, check the
website of the game manufacturer and see if they have any support
suggestions for running their software on Windows 2000.
