old e mail address

i was (e-mail address removed) had lots of thing s that i really needed in
that address and after about 18 hours i anf the people in sbc found out
that i had been
switched from sbc to annalee433@yahoo,com and my files and instant messenger
address that i cannot get backand other info did not transfer and when i was
switched and after a couple days i was on the phone time and time again
trying to get the info that i desperately needed they switched back to sbc
abd they gave me another address (e-mail address removed).
Is there any way i can retrieve the info that i desperately need
it was very very important things
please advise me

If this is for real and you aren't just some nasty troll continually
posting email addresses of a "friend" so that person will get more
spam...contact SBC tech support for help with any email accounts on
their system.

quite a bit of it, too! (Never post a real address in a public newsgroup or
forum.)
