Old clip art files with XP

Does anyone know why all of the files that I transfered
from Windows 98 that contain clip art or word art do not
open in XP? If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd
appreciate that information as it will save me weeks worth
of work redoing previously done forms, ads, etc.

just what is the format of these files...did you select the "right" software
to open them...you are really not providing any pertinent info...just
jargon...

Please help us to help you. What kind of files are these? What
program are you trying to open them with? What does "do not open"
mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error message,
please quote it verbatim.
