Old card better than new ??

Can someone explain why my 128mb radeon 9000 (bang up to
date drivers) gives less frame rates in flight sim 2004
than my old 64mb elsa gladiac 511 with the old original
drivers ? also the cloud and scenery detail is far more
realistic.

If you've installed the newer drivers for xp from ati,go back to ati site,
drivers for xp,bottom of page lists former drivers/software,open to the
3.7 version and try those.They're the most stable from ati yet.
