Looking at this card, can anyone suggest better for the buck?

I am looking at a Powercolor AGP Radeon X1600pro 512 meg card. I read its a
good card for a budget gamer, like myself, about the only game I play is M/S
Flight Sim. BUT I also want to be ready for Vista, and according to the ATI
test my video card that I have now is too weak, it's a AIW Radeon 9000 with
64 meg.
Anyone suggest a better bang for the buck? I can get this card for 99 bucks
at Newegg...

Normal stuff.....
All I want is to be ready for VISTA and play MS Flight Sim.....
