Old admin accounts...

Hello, i have a small problem in that ive re-installed windows a couple of
times and it never removed or overwritten my old admin accounts. So i have 2
admin accounts (on the harddrive, dont appear on logon screen) that i cant
touch and a recent updated virus scan found a virus in it, nothing major but
i would like to get rid of the accounts. Any ideas?
any help would be great, thanks

When you reinstalled Windows did you do the long format option or just the
repair install? The former option should have erased everything.
