OL2007 - Pasting Meeting Automatically Accepts It

Not sure if there is a solution to this. I keep all meeting invites. That
way if I decline a meeting I still have the invite if circumstances should
change. It seems, the only way to put the meeting back on the calendar is to
either drag it or paste it. However, when I do that it automatically sends
an "accept" to the organizer. Sometimes I want a tentative.

Is there a setting I can change or do I have to live with this?
