I have an issue with OL2003 accessing exchange. It seems
to get all of my new mail automatically. Then after some
point in the day, it stops receiving new mail. I can hit
send/receive several times and nothing comes.
If I start OL2003 on my second box, it gets the mail
immediately, and then on my primary machine the mail
flows in automatically.
When this has happened, I've closed OL2003 and opened
it. I've rebooted. Nothing seems to work except loading
outlook on another machine.
This is OL2003 installed clean on a new laptop and I'm
connected to a flat network with Exchange 5.5. There are
no setting changes out of the box except for adding my
account.
I've checked the knowledge base and didn't find this
issue.
