[OL2002] Multiple Personal Folder Files?

I've got multiple email accounts (Exhange, and several
POP3's) and I'd like my Exchange mail to stay on to
exchange server, while I want my POP3 accounts each
delivered to its own .PST file. I saw a knowledgebase
article for doing something like this in OL2000, but is
there a way to do it in OL2002? It seems I can only
designate one destination for new mail delivery.

Create multiple Outlook profiles?
Create rules to move incoming email to to the proper folder created for that
email account?

Thanks Chris I've used both those workarounds in the past
to get by this problem. So is what I'm trying to do not
possible in OL2002, whereas this capability existed in
OL2000?
