OL2002 - Change display order of contact to "First name Last name"

I have my Contacts in Outlook 2002 showing as Last name, First name.
How do I change them all (about 300 contacts) in one easy go so they are
in the order: First name Last Name
I would hope I don;t have to manually do them all one by one!!!

You might want to tell us what view you are referring to.
Rather hard to guess.

I thought my explanation was okay but will try again:
When I click on Contacts in Outlook 2002, it shows all my friends with
their names listed in this format:
Last name, First name
I have checked in the options, the bit that says which order you want
New Contacts displayed to First name Last name, but want to know how I
can change all the contacts displayed to the format First name Last name
instead of Last name, First name.
Hope this is clearer.

Thanks! I didn't realise there were so many views. I *was* meaning the
File As view.
Will have a look at the link you provided!

Thanks Russ
Had a play with it and it worked a treat! I searched in C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10 folder but didn't find the file I worked
on.
Where do I find it so I can save it and use it again incase I have to
reformat my PC. I would prefer not to have to redo all those
procedures!!!

Not sure I understand your question. What file are you looking for? If
you've already successfully changed these File As fields, why do you think
you'd need to do it again?

I often reformat my PC and so would like to save the procedure described
in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291144&Product=out
so I don't have to re"write" the procedure.
It would be helpful also if I want to copy it and give it to someone
else who isn't that clued up on PCs and Outlook.

All of us reformat our PC's often because we run Microsoft Windows. Once
you've made the change to your PST file, it will persist. There should be no
need to rerun it. I'm not familiar with the output file the procedure might
produce. I've never needed to run it.
