OL03 changed without notice

Until today I frequently would send myself articles from the NYtimes and
other sources, including Google, via email to my OL2003. I would inturn
forward this email to people who would be interested in the article from my
address book. In the past the forwarded copy looked almost identical to the
email received.

Today, however, when I forward the email, there is HTML markup throughout
the forwarded email forcing me to do a lot of deleting. Also the hyperlink
doesn't turn on even in HTML mode. I didn't change any setting in OL recently
and I didn't receive any notice from MS that changes to my OL were downloaded
through automatic update.

Something has happened to OL. Is there some setting I can use to turn this
back?

Please disregard this previous message. As I was editting out the HTML in the
message, the document switched back, by itself, to the common expected
format????? I don't know why either.
