OL 2007 not autofilling my contact properly

When I begin a new email and click on the To or CC field, and I press a
letter it give me email addresses that begin with that letter. How do I
change this so that the name of the person populates instead of the email
address?

I have tried making a draft with everyone in my address book but that
doesn't seem to work.

You might want to read up on how the autocompletion feature works since you
can't change it.
