OL 2007 Flag for Reminder not working

Hi,

I just installed Outlook 2007 and I was looking forward to flag for
follow-up reminder since 2003 never worked in this area. When I set the
reminder, nothing happens. I think I heard a reminder about 3 minutes later
on one try, but the rest, no luck.

I tried just adding a reminder to a message, then tried the "custom" flag,
which is the same thig basically. Neither worked.

I checked that sounds and pop-ups are checked in options... any clues? I've
searched online but no luck.

Using exchange server in case that helps anyone.

Do reminders for Calendar items still work?
Try starting Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanreminders

Hi,

I tried what you said.. no luck.

My calendar and task items are working, but I did get 2 reminders from 47
and 48 weeks ago which was odd.

Any other suggestions?
