OL 2003 - "unable to display this folder..."

After installing new Office Pro 2003, I receive the
following message when starting outlook and then
attempting to access my inbox: "unable to display the
folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. Another application closed
unexpectedly while using your personal folders file
C.:\documents and settings\administrator\local
settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst.
to prevent potential damage to your personal folders
file, it will not be available until you close all
applications currently using it." If I then close
outlook and immediately restart it, all is fine. What's
the deal?

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer

Try to delete your email profile and then recreate it and point it to
the correct .pst file.

Did you figure it out? I have the same problem, but I have already
re-created my profile with no luck.

I am also running Quickbooks Customer Manager v1. It syncs with
Outlook. I am suspecting it as the cause. Any advice anyone???
