OL 2003 - Restrict incoming email

Hi All,

Outlook 2003/WinXP Home

Is there a way to restrict incoming email so that employs will only get
mail from certain email address?

What we are trying to do is eliminate personal use of email.

It is better to define those domains in your mailserver. See the
documentation for your mailserver or revert to it's newsgroup.
