OL 2003 multiple messages

I get multiple copies of commercial and certain e-mail list messages. THe
problem seems to be in Outlook, because it doesn't happen in Webmail for the
same account. The account type is POP3. I've searched these and found no
answers, only unanswered questions. I have Outlook 2003 from Office 2003 Pro.

Do you have any Rules set up that are moving/copying messages?

I have rules that move messages into the correct folders, but none that copy
messages.

I'd double-check to make sure that none of them say "Move a copy"

Do those rules contain the "stop processing more rules" action? They
should.

I've gone back into my list of rules and I can't find a setting that says
"Stop Processing More Rules." I've seen it before, I think when setting up
new rules. Can you tell me where to find it?

BTW, the delay in responding is due to your site being down, at least as far
as I could tell.

It's on the same list that includes the other actions, like "move it to the
specified folder", toward the bottom.

What site is that? I have no connection to Microsoft.
