OL 2003 install over OL2002

I'm currently running OfficeXP(2002). I don't see any compelling reasons to
upgrade to Office2003, except for the Outlook piece. Can I upgrade Outlook
2003 without screwing up the other OfficeXP components?

Yes, but you won't have the option to use Word as your e-mail editor
anymore.
