I want to install a freash, clean install of WinXP SP2 and Vista on a
single, 250MB dual-partitioned drive. Any and all suggestions are
appreciated and I've been reading eht pros and cons about doing this,
but I want to run XP (which I love) but I want to give Vista Premium a
shot as well.

Thanks for your help and suggestions!!!!!!

It would be easier to just install Vista.
You'll end up with it eventually, like it or not.
But if you want to dual boot, boot from the XP CD and install it, get it
working as desired.
Then from within XP, insert the Vista CD and follow the onscreen
instructions to install it to the other partition.
Every time you boot to XP, it will destroy the Vista restore points.
Unless you use a third party partition/boot manager to hide them from each
other, but that is a techie thing...

It can be done, but it is challenging. And you say you aren't that much
of a techie.....

Hahaha...
Yeah...its real "challenging".
You create 2 partitions...you install XP on one, and Vista on the other.
Whew....what a challenge !
