It looks like I used the wrong term in the message header of my previous
post. Let's try this again: Where can I learn more about the code names
for the various Athlon 64 processors, e.g., Toledo, San Diego, Manchester,
Venice, etc.

Google for "AMD" codenames: both the normal search and the image search,
and you will find roadmaps on wich AMD tells what features those cores
have, and how they are produced.

Of course searching for a specific codename will give much more info.

This site doesnt make much sense... or are motherboards a bit strange...

It doesn't listen the athlon x2 3800+

and it says the athlon x2 4800+ has a ddrII 667 mhz memory bus ?

The 939 socket motherboards I have seen so far all have ddr 400 mhz memory
or so...

So does this mean this chart is wrong or that motherboards are holding back
the performance of this processor ? ;)

Bye,
Skybuck.
