OK, just enabled support for over 137GB.........

But to install Windows, I could only, of course,
partition up to the 137GB limit on a 250GB HD with NTFS.

Is there a way I can assign the drive to be 250GB even
though Windows and other programs are installed?

Would I have to delete the current 137Gb partition and re-
install everything to the "new" ~250GB partition?

Go to Control Panel>AdminTools>Computer Manage>Disk Manage>see if the
rest of the drive shows up as free space. If yes, you could partition it.

After enabling the "large drive" support, Partition Magic 8 should be able
to allow you to expand the partition, if the rest of the drive is seen as
"available space"
