ok I want to plan and budget my money. Whats best to use please?

Well, probably NOT Microsoft Access(TM), the database application in
the Microsoft Office suite and the subject of this newsgroup.

Microsoft Money is one of several programs designed for this purpose.
I use Quicken but I'm getting really displeased by the newer versions.

You could design an Access database, but it would be a major
undertaking. Try MS Money, it does a nice job and does not cost all that
much. I believe you may still be able to download a trial version.

Their little register-or-else scheme makes me crazy sometimes.
