offline web page message

Suddenly I am getting a message everytime I go online or offline. If I'm
offline, the message says that I can't access pages unless I'm online and vis
versa.
This is something new. Is thier an IE setting I hit by mistake???
 
Hi IKE,

Select the Tools>Synchronize menu. This will update all of your off-line web
pages so you have to be on-line when you do this. Consider a broadband
connection for XMas, then you will always be on-line.
