Offline GUI html Viewer?

Hi All,

I know of several competent offline html text viewers that show equal-spaced
text only (e.g., Vuhtml, htmlstrip). I would like to find freeware that
displays html files and shows different fonts, perhaps even graphics -- and
does not take as long to load as my online browser -- Mozilla Firebird.

Any suggestions? Remeber I seek a graphics viewer, capable of displaying
different fonts and/or pictures. The only candidate I know of is the online dos
browser, Arachne. It takes less time to load than most, but has some issues
with viewing several files, is one is not carefule about startup directory.

I too have been looking for this. The question has been asked before
and not answered.

The best I came up with is the OffbyOne Browser

By blanking in startup URL it loads as a viewer without requesting an
internet connection.

I looked at several (OT) pay HTML viewers, which didn't seem to work
very well.

FOviewer seems to work, but is in Russian.

Dunno if it is what you want, but worth a look.
