Offline folders problem still

PROBLEM: Offline folder Syncronization problem. When
offline folders is enabled and sub folders are included,
all folders within that structure are expected to
syncronize all documents and folders. I have found a
condition where some folders do not update and I can trace
it back to the fact that they were created by another user
on a different workstation. I can also say that this
condition exists on 3 XP Professional Workstations on any
server.

It seems that you don't have this option configured that would allow
your XP machine to make new files available offline.
