I am currently using offline folders for a shared directory on our network.
Recently that share was removed before I could turn off the offline options
on my computer. Now I get an icon in the lower right corner(flashing yellow
explanation point) taskbar stating that changes to the folder need to be
sychronized, but there is not folder with that path that exists anymore.
When I go into Sychronize option and remove the checks for that folder and
hit apply it still does not remove these option. Any advice is appreciated
to remove this off my computer. Also, I do not want to turn off offline
option all together as I have other folders that sychronize.

Thanks in advance

Unfortunetly that server no longer exists (i.e. \\servername\share has been
removed from the domain and replaced with \\servername1\share1). So I can
not recreate.

So just create it as a local folder and share it as \\servername\share

Might work

Hi,
Any advice is appreciated to remove this off my computer. Also, I do
not want to turn off offline option all together as I have other
folders that sychronize.

1> Make sure all your other offline files are sync’d.
2> Go to Tools-Folder Options-Offline Files Tab
3> Hold down the Ctrl and the Shift at the same time and click the
Delete Button. It will ask you if you want to reinitialize your
cache. Click Yes and restart.

Cheers,

Lara
