Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2000.

I've set Outlook up so that it utilizes offline folders.

I have Outlook configured so that when you first launch it, it asks for your
password to the exchange server.

The problem is that if the exchange server isn't available and/or you are
working offline, the e-mail stored on the local machine isn't password
protected.

Is there a way to make Outlook prompt for the password either way?

Thanks,
Glenn

I have not seen anything but does not mean it does not exist. Perhaps this
is because they are stored on your local system which you can password
protect to prevent logon plus setup and screen-saver password to come-up as
often as every minute, which uses the same login as the windows login.
Important to use a password that is secure and not easy to figure out.

Regards,
