Jeff

I want to use offline files with outlook. The way I
would like to do this, is exactly as I do with MY
DOCUMENTS folder. I map the drive, and then use offline
files. The folder syncs everytime I log on my laptop to
the network.
I would like to put the PST folder in a directory and
then everytime I log off the network I would have the
lates calendar in my laptop
Does anyone know how to perform this function with
outlook?

Thanx
Jeff

go into Outlook
click tools then services then propewrties and go to the
advanced tab. once you have a OST(like a pst) file on
your laptop you can then haave it synch every time you
close it. you can change these settings by goint to tools
then options and the mail services tab. there is an
offline folder settings button. careful the more you have
offline the longer it can take to open and cliose mail.
also stay away from files extremely large there are limits.

good luck
