Offline Files Setup - XP Home

Why is the offline files tab not exist in Windows XP
Home? The knowledge base says it should be there, but it
isn't. I cannot set up any offline files.

I'm sorry, but XP Home doesn't have offline files. Any documentation
that says that it does is wrong. What's the number of the knowledge
base article?
