Offline files - new file

Let's say there's a server with a folder for my files. I share it, and
enable offline files. I synch up with my laptop, and go home with my cached
copies. At home, I make some changes, and I also make a new file. When I
go back to work and log back onto the network, the modified files should be
synched. What about the new file? I want it automatically to go to the
server too.

Anything created or modified in the offline folder will be updated to
the folder on the server upon login.
