Offline files disappearing

I have a user who travels with his laptop and wants to
use offline files to take all his files with him. He has
2.33 gig of files. Sometimes they will all be there,
other times part of the files will just disappear. They
won't come back until he resyncs his laptop. His laptop
is running WinXP with the latest SP and security patches.
He has an 18.5 gig HD. The offline file size setting
won't go above 1.85gig and stay there. Is there a limit
to the offline files size? 10%of drive? Is there a
solution to this other than reducing the amount of
offline drive space used?

Rightclick IE (Internet Explorer), click Properties. Under "Temporary Internet Files" click Settings. Increase the Amount of disk space in mbs to use. You can set it up to 80% of your harddrive but is not recommended, click Apply and OK.
