Offline files and Terminal Services

My users use Terminal Services when out of the office.
However, there is no Offline Folders tab for Outlook. Is
there anyway to have offline folders and use Terminal
Services at the same time??? When setting up the account,
I said that "Yes, this computer is used for
traveling."However, this had no effect.
