office97 with winxp

can some plse tell me.if i install office97 pro onto a
winxp computer will there be any problems running that
program.

Hi Martin,

Office 97 will run fine on XP. The only issue is that spellcheck will not
work properly without this workaround:

Go to Start/Run/EXPAND X:\i386\CSAPI3T1.DL_ C:\CSAPI3T1.DLL (Where X is your
CD-Rom drive letter). And then copy it to: Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

Or download the file here: Replace the Csapi3t1.dll file

No problems. They are compatible.
