I have a number of users that are having problems after
installing SP3 for Office XP on their machines. When ever
they open or reply to an email, a dialog box appears
stating that "another program is trying to access their
address book. Do you want to grant them access? This could
be a virus...bla bla bla." This apparently is one of the
side affects of the service pack. Is there a patch
available to fix this problem or a viable solution that
someone can recommend to resolve this problem? Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tom

If you had searched this newsgroup prior to asking, it would probably have
taken you less time to find the answer than it did to type the question in
the first place.

It's the most comprehensive explanation there is, however, so if you don't
like it, tough.
