Dear all,

How can I install office2000 without Access97,
I tried to customize the option of 2000 installation but
there is no option to keep the old version.
Ofcourse in office xp have the feature of keep the old
version.

I have tried this method,, first install office2000
without access 2000, and install office97(access
only.Installation was successful but when I execute my
program in Access97 it says compiler error, syntax error
and many more error.

How can I install by keeping access97 to office2000
(without access2000)

Install 97. Then install 2000 - during the install, change the folder where
it will be installed. On my machine, I have three versions installed in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office97
C:\Program Files\Microsoft OfficeXP
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office03

Dear

Thanks for the help,
you mean installing 2000, just change the directory, that
is instead c:\program files\office... I may add c:\porgram
files\office20000

is it OK

Yes. I can't recall which screen it is during the installation, but it
suggests a path, and there is a browse button. You can choose/create a
different path at that point.
