Office Tool Bar

I have just installed Office 2000 and I cannot get the
toolbar to automatically come up when I turn my computer
on???
 
I think it's in your programs menu. However, on Win98/2k/XP, the QuickLaunch
bar is a LOT better, if you ask me - you can drag copies of shortcuts to it
and have them always accessible/visible on your taskbar.
