MS Office doesn't come with Frontpage (least of all the student edition).
The Student editions of MS Office (whether it includes FP or not) is not an
eligible product for upgrades - the Frontpage (standalone product) packaging
should tell you which products are eligible for the upgrade i.e. previous
versions of Frontpage (that is, any excluding student editions and Frontpage
Express).
The MS Office Student Edition does not include FP or allow upgrading to FP
- none of the Student Editions allow any upgrades
