Outlook doesn't use Identities - it uses Profiles. Much the same thing
except you can't switch Profiles like you can Identities: you have to close
Outlook and restart it.

AFAIK OE is the only mail program that has Identities in that manner.
Thunderbird and Eudora both have Identities, but in a completely different
format.

Nothing can add identities to Outlook. Why not explain your goal and
perhaps someone can suggest an alternative approach.
