Office outlook 2003

I just opened my e-mail and I got a brown box saying that there was a problem
and to use the Scanpst.exe to correct the problem. Then it said to go to
drive:\program files\Common Files\System etc. Where do I find that or where
do I type all this stuff in.
 
Your question may be better answered in an Outlook newsgroup which will be
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. The Microsoft website may have misdirected you.
