Office on the Web

"Office on the Web"in the help menu in any office program is grayed out.
how do I get it to show so I can click on it?
I have Word 2002 Win XP sp2
I am the only user of this computer.

Are you connected to the Internet when you view that menu?

Not sure the problem...other than not being online. But you can access

I fixed the problem by resetting web settings in IE.
