Office icons appear in lower right screen

How do I stop MS Office 2003 icons from appearing near the clock when Windows
XP loads? I want to minimize boot time and not have extras taking up system
resources. When I run msconfig and look at the startup tab, it is not obvious
which programs to uncheck. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi Eberthella,
it is the outlook.exe.
 
Thanks AndreasRoeder. You gave my brain a jumpstart. It was Office.exe I
needed to uncheck.
