Office icon is constantly blinking when I open emails in outlook 2

Recently I installed office 2007 Pro plus on my laptop.
And everytime I open the email in outlook 2007, the office icon in left-top
corner is blinking constantly. and while it is blinking, I cannot do
anything. I cannot even close the email...

I have same version on my desktop, but there is no blinking issue.
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP3 on both machines.

Please help.
 
Click on the Office button one time. It will stop.

Thanks for the reply, but I did already try it about 2-3 days ago.
And click on the office button is not helping...

If there is no other suggestion, I think I will try to repair the
office2007...
