Office Use

When I double click on an Excel file Excel open but the file never loads and
the display says DONE. I get a message "cant find file".
 
My guess is that you have a missing or poorly written addin installed that
interrupts the startup routine. See help on addins to remove it.

You can try to uncheck "ignore other applications that use dynamic data exchange(DDE) if you have it checked.
Office button>excel options...Advanced

Will this also work for Word? Where exactly is this option in Word?
