Office Dictionay

I would like to know if there is a simple to do what I am asking:

I would like to add 400,000 "Legal/Medical" words into the standard "office"
dictionary. What would be the best way to do this?

Once done: I want to make a backup copy of the dictionary incase I am forced
to format, then replace the dictionary once I have reinstalled office. How
can this be done?

You cannot add anything to the standard Office dictionary. You could add
words to a personal dictionary, which is a simple text document with a
sorted list of words, one per line, but frankly you would be better using a
specialist add-in medical dictionary. Try Google.

Does MS have any plans to offer a combined medical/legal dictionary in the
very near future?

What you recommend is a good alternative which company is recommended for a
combined Legal/Medical dictionary and why?

I doubt seriously that Microsoft will ever offer this feature. Microsoft
develops software for the broadest set of solutions that its customers need.
Microsoft encourages third-party developers to develop customized solutions
to meet more specifically focused needs. Both medical and legal dictionaries
are currently available from third-party developers.
