I need to save my existing dictionary!!!! Help

I have added many medical words to my dictionary as I am a transcriptionist.
We are having our computer "cleaned up" and I need to be able to save my
dictionary to a disc so I can reload it into the dictionary when it is done.
Can this be done? I sure hope so! Thanks!

Yes. See the "Custom spelling dictionaries" part of
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm.

Back up the Custom.dic file before the cleanup and restore it to the same
location afterward. Also look at the rest of the files discussed in that
article.
