Office Designer and Local Web Storage

Hi,

Microsoft pulled Office Designer and Local Web Storage from Office XP.

But, I was wondering, has anything happened to these things? Were they
included in 2003? Are they planned for inclusion in a future release?
Available as a separate download?

Any information would be appreciated.

No, they were not included in OL2003 and are likely dead.
