I had heard and tried it myself by installing and activating on my other
computer a desktop, and it got activated again. How do we know if a vendor
sells and for proof activates the product, that it has not been activated on
hundred other computers and resealed

Sunil,

Check the terns of your licence agreement, depending on your version of
Office you may be able to legitamately install your product onto two or even
three computers. Just because you were able to activate a second copy it
doesn't mean ther was a problem.

The licence agreement says one computer only allowed, that is why after
waiting two days for an agressive respnse from microsoft, I promptly removed
from other computer.
